In order to load the 3D models properly, your computer may need to give Java access to more memory. To do so, first close all your browser windows.

From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel, then Java.

In the Java tab, click the View button to see the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) settings.

In the User tab, add -Xmx512m as a runtime parameter. then click Add. If there are existing parameters, separate them with commas.
