OpenGL Error Upon Launch (Windows)
If you get an error message about OpenGL when launching the Tooth Atlas, you may need to update your OpenGL drivers:
- Right-click on "Computer" in Windows explorer and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu.
- Select "Device Manager"
- Expand "Display Adapters" and double-click on video adapter that appears under Display Adapters. If you have more than one, repeat this step and the following steps for each adapter.
- Select the "Driver" tab.
- Follow the directions given by the wizard to locate the latest version of the driver.
If the automated method does not work, note what brand of display adapter you are using (visible in step 3 above), and either try to locate those drivers via a web search, or email support@ehuman.com for assistance.
