Troubleshooting in Snow Leopard - Safari

In Snow Leopard, Safari defaults to running Java in 64-bit mode. To enable the 32-bit Java required by the Tooth Atlas:

1) Quit Safari

2) In the Finder, go to the Applications folder and Get Info on the Safari icon (right-click OR hold the CMD/Apple key and press I)

Tooth Atlas 6.2.0 Patch for Mac

Instructions:

For most users the patch will unzip and mount automatically. If not, you'll need to open it with StuffIt Expander or similar (you probably already have this and just need to double-click on the zip file). Then, double-click on the dmg to mount it.

Once the DMG is mounted, simply double-click on the .command file. A Terminal window will open and the patch script will run (and then you're all set).

Please have your original license number available (it's on a sticker on the back of your CD case), as you may need to reactivate the Tooth Atlas after installing the patch. If you're running Snow Leopard, you may also need to implement the fixes here.

Even after the patch is installed, DO NOT select the 'Always Trust' option when prompted.
