1) Verify that your computer meets the minimum requirements, including:

• 1 GB of RAM
• 1024x768 screen resolution, with 32 bits of color
• Windows XP, Vista, or 7
• Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8

2) In Internet Explorer (version 6 or higher), visit Java's website, which will tell you if you have the latest version of Java. If you don't, follow the page's instructions to get it.

3) Uninstall older Java versions that may still be on your computer

4) Increase Java's memory allotment

5) Clear your browser and Java caches

6) Insert your disc and run the Atlas' installer

7) Open the Atlas (you'll find it in Start Menu --> All Programs --> eHuman, or, if you chose the option during installation, on your desktop)

8) Follow our activation instructions
