Tooth Atlas 7 Troubleshooting Steps & Known Issues

Below are troubleshooting steps and known issues with the Tooth Atlas Version 7.

Please ensure you are on the latest version of the Tooth Atlas by confirming you see a version 7.0.4 indicated on the main menu of the program. If you do not see "7.0.4", please download the latest installer from the product pages.

Troubleshooting Steps:

To see any content changes take effect you may need to clear your web browser cache (within the browser menus) and unity player cache (can be done here http://webplayer.unity3d.com/setup/ )

• Registration - Every time I go to the main menu, the registration window appears. = Please download the latest version of the product, available on the product pages to resolve this issue.

• Damaged Tooth Atlas Installer - When I try to download the program I get a message that says "The Tooth Atlas Installer is damaged and cannot be opened" = By default Mac OS X only allows installation of applications from the Mac App Store. Ensure your System Preferences / Security and Privacy is set to "Allow applications downloaded from: Mac App Store and identified developers". You will then be able to install the program.

• Web version - Why does the program freeze or crash? = Please try a different browser such as Chrome. If a crash occurs reload the page.
